Terms

All projects require a 50% down payment before work begins with the remainder due on completion of the project.

Estimate Guarantee

W3 Teck guarantees all its estimates to within 10%. If W3 Teck exceeds the estimated time of a project the client will not be charged more than 10% over the estimate value. If W3 Teck completes the project in less time than was estimated, the client will only be charged for the actual time used to complete the project.

This guarantee is void if the project requirements are changed after work begins. If project requirements are changed a new estimate will be issued for any additions that the new requirements cause. Work will not begin on these changes until the new estimate is approved.

Review Process

Each project has two review periods. The first draft review allows the client to test and view the project and indicate any areas that need to be changed. These changes will be made, as long as they do not include changes in the project requirements. When these changes have been completed the client has a second opportunity to review the project to ensure that it meets all project requirements. If any changes are required these will be accomplished and the project will be released to the client.

Any changes that are required after the final review process has been completed are considered out of scope and will incur additional charges.

Referral Terms

W3 Teck does not publish the name of the company that Advanced SEO, Keyword Research, Link Development and Pay-Per-Click services will be referred to. The reason for this is that W3 Teck may receive a commission if a contract is signed due to that referral.
